After working for over 30 years in Recruitment, HR and Financial Services Simon broke free from the corporate office life and embraced a new career in Photography.

Turning a hobby into a second career,  the late move into photography has provided great rewards in terms of mental health, new friendships and recognition.

Simon has worked with a number of significant news agencies and has had images published in all the UK National Daily and Sunday newspapers as well as winning awards such as Countryfile Magazine Photo of the year, BBC Look North Children In Need Calendar, and Arts UK Public Sculpture Photography Award.

Simon has travelled extensively with the highlights being seeing the Northern Lights in the Arctic and photographing the Westerhorn in Iceland. Future plans include visiting Alaska and Greenland.

Simon's debut photographic collection SEASONS OF THE MIND will be available late 2024.
