Dawn Treacher is a recent addition to the growing anthology of authors writing for Provoco Publishing. Joining us in 2023, she has already published The Seeds of Murder with us. This was Dawn’s first cosy, murder mystery novel for a grown-up audience. Dawn is an established children's book author and illustrator. Her love of crime fiction has seen her embark on a new series of cosy crime mysteries, fuelled by her love of amateur sleuths, gardening, and inspired by the rural North Yorkshire villages in which she has lived over the last twenty years. 

In the warmer months she can be found writing in Geraldine, her caravan in the garden. As a carer for her husband, writing has long been her creative outlet in which she supports fellow writers to master, by running creative writing and critique groups.

Dawn's first psychological thriller, Because of You. was recently released and two more titles are planned for 2026/ 2027.  Her books can be found on Amazon and in all good bookstores.
